Laura Wiener-Scheidecker

Real estate runs in Laura Wiener’s blood. Born to Tom and June Wiener, she grew up surrounded by the industry and developed an early passion for helping others find their place to call home. Laura graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business Management.

After gaining valuable experience working at the Realtor® Association, Laura joined the family business at Cardinal Realty, where she is proud to work alongside her mother, June—a Realtor® with more than 35 years of experience and numerous industry awards. Laura is committed to carrying forward her family’s tradition of exceptional service, integrity, and professionalism.

In addition to her real estate career, Laura has worked with Cardinal Remodeling, giving her a unique perspective on home updates and renovations. This background allows her to advise clients on potential improvements and help them see the full potential of every property.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through running, and supporting her husband with his business, ChiroWay.
