Thomas Wiener grew up on the East Side of St. Paul, where his father worked with Cardinal Realty. Surrounded by the family business from an early age, Thomas developed a lifelong passion for real estate and has held his Realtor® license for more than 40 years.
As President of the Cardinal family of companies and Principal Broker for Cardinal Realty, Thomas believes in staying actively involved in every aspect of the process. Known for his consistency and hands-on approach, he ensures that clients benefit from the depth of experience he has built over the decades—the longest track record of any agent at Cardinal.
Thomas especially enjoys working with new homebuyers, helping them balance budget and vision to create their dream home. Under his leadership, Cardinal has built more than 500 homes in the East Metro area, continuing the company’s tradition of quality and client-focused service.
