Tom is a licensed contractor with more than 40 years of construction experience and the founder of Cardinal Remodeling. As President, he remains actively involved in every stage of the process, ensuring each project meets the high Cardinal standard of quality and craftsmanship.

Laura Wiener Scheidecker
Operations Manager
Laura oversees the day-to-day operations at Cardinal Remodeling, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of service so every client’s expectations are met—or exceeded. As the daughter of founders Tom and June Wiener, Laura has spent years working alongside her family, gaining firsthand experience in every aspect of the business.

Mike Diebel
Production Manager
Mike works closely with clients during the estimating and proposal phase, helping define the scope of work and guiding the design process. Having grown up in the construction industry, he brings a wide range of trade experience to every project. In addition to his construction expertise, Mike earned his real estate license in 2013 and has held leadership roles within the local Realtor® association—giving homeowners valuable insight into resale value and market trends.

Jacob Campbell
Construction Manager
Jake has been a key member of Cardinal Remodeling since 2001. He coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule while ensuring every home is treated with care. Known for his organization and attention to detail, Jake works tirelessly to deliver results that leave clients fully satisfied—whether it’s a bathroom update or a whole-home renovation.
