Sun room addition: 9670 53rd St N, Lake Elmo
The owners of this home wanted to shed some light on the existing family living area; the beautiful Sun Room addition accomplished this in a big way! The spacious Sun Room has vaulted ceilings and banks of large windows on three sides. The main floor was opened up by removing walls between the living and dining rooms, to allow a clear view from the Kitchen to the Sun Room. On the second floor the existing Master Bath received a face lift – the shower/toilet area was reconfigured to allow for a larger ceramic tile shower with heated floors and the existing jetted tub was replaced with a free standing allowing for both custom built vanities with Cambria quartz tops.
Lower level finish: 1454 Whistler Point Path, Woodbury
From an unfinished space to a beautiful place to entertain. This family envisioned their lower level to be as warm and inviting as the rest of their home with room to accommodate guests for overnight visits. The space was finished with a bedroom, exercise room, bathroom and family room. Upon entering you’re welcomed by an elegant custom-made bookcase, followed by a bar with custom cabinets, quartz countertops and rustic floating shelves. The fireplace is decked with custom built bench seating and a stone surround. Plus, the luxury vinyl plank flooring provides maintenance free living. You’re sure to feel at right at home here.
