Danielle “Bickham” Pelton

Danielle “Bickham” Pelton graduated from Bethel University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, specializing in Organizational Communication, with a minor in Media Communication and Marketing. She joined Cardinal Realty Co. in 2010 and is licensed to serve clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

In addition to serving her clients, Danielle plays an active leadership role in the real estate community. She completed Leadership SPAAR in 2018 and went on to serve as Vice Chair of the Metro Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee in 2019 and Chair from 2020–2021. During that time, she was honored with the Rising Star Award, recognizing agents who demonstrate excellence and promise in the industry. Danielle began serving on the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors® (SPAAR) Board of Directors in 2022 and is proud to serve as SPAAR President in 2026. She has also earned her GRI designation, underscoring her commitment to advanced education and exceptional client service.

Danielle is passionate about helping people at every stage of life. Whether clients are purchasing their first home, upsizing, downsizing, or navigating today’s competitive market, she is known for her clear communication, strategic guidance, and steady support from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Danielle stays actively involved in her community. She manages and coaches at a local gym, enjoys traveling, and loves spending time with her husband, Josh, their daughters, Elliot and Evie, and their dog, Irene.
