Cardinal Remodeling will be wrapping up several projects this fall, one of which we just completed is a basement renovation. The existing basement had a mechanical room where the new homeowners wanted an entertainment space. Our team started the project by moving the mechanicals (furnace, water meter, water heater, etc) which gave the homeowners a space for a media room. The remodel also included custom built cabinets, luxury Cambria countertops, stone backsplash, linear fireplace with a stone surround, custom built benches and more. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and hope the homeowners enjoy their new space for years to come!

The Building Industry Gala (BIG) turned out to be another exciting and fun filled night celebrating the industry and supporting the BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation and recognizing builders by presenting the Reggie, ROMA, Trillium and other BATC-Housing First Minnesota award winners from all over Minnesota. Not to mention, Cardinal’s very own Tom Wiener is this years sitting President!
