Mike and Taylor Diebel are a husband-and-wife team who combine professionalism, local knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Both raised in Stillwater, MN, they know the Twin Cities metro area inside and out and are proud to serve the communities where they grew up.

Mike is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and brings years of experience in real estate and homebuilding. He currently serves on the YPN Committee for the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors®, where he enjoys mentoring new agents. His background as an EMT and fine dining restaurant manager sharpened his communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills—qualities he carries into every client relationship. Known for his accountability and commitment, Mike always strives for excellence.

Taylor’s career began in the salon industry, where she worked as a manager, educator, and advanced stylist. Her love for educating and inspiring others, along with her hands-on business experience, made her a natural fit for real estate. After assisting Mike’s clients with staging, photography, and interior design, she decided to earn her license. Today, Taylor uses her creativity and business savvy to deliver thoughtful, client-focused service.
