Tom is a licensed contractor with 40+ years in construction who established Cardinal Remodeling. As President of Cardinal he knows it is important to stay involved in all aspects of the process. Tom maintains a pivotal role in assuring your remodeling project is held to the high Cardinal standard of quality and craftsmanship.
Laura Wiener Scheidecker: Operations Manager
Laura is responsible for managing our day-to-day operations. She ensures that we remain efficient and effective while helping oversee all remodeling projects. It is her top priority to maintain smooth operations to make sure our services meet or exceeds the expectations and needs of our customers. As daughter of Tom and June Wiener, she has had many years of experience working alongside them in the family business.
Mike Diebel: Production Manager
Mike works with our customers on the front end to get through the estimate and bid proposal. He helps narrow down the scope of work and assists with the design development. Mike grew up in the construction industry and has a wide variety of experience working in the trades. He also obtained his real estate license in 2013 and has maintained leadership roles within the local Realtor association. This can help homeowners when considering resale value and market trends.
Jacob Campbell: Construction Manager
Jake has been working at Cardinal Remodeling since 2001. He coordinates with our subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that every home is treated with respect and that schedules are maintained to the best of our abilities. Jake is extremely organized and thorough, working hard to make certain that all our customers are satisfied with their remodeling project whether it’s a bathroom renovation or whole house remodel.
